2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the casion platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

One Account Per Player

Any communication purporting to be from casion that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately. casion accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
Account Information Accuracy
You must ensure that all information held on your casion account is accurate and up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point — including during identity verification — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, withdrawal restriction, and forfeiture of balance. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals
casion accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposit Rules

6. Gameplay & Fair Use

8. Account Closure & Suspension
Closure by the Player

Before processing account closure, casion will verify your identity and confirm the destination for any remaining real-money balance. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed to completion before the account is closed. Unused bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.
Suspension or Closure by casion
casion reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period of request.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of prohibited software.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute relating to funds deposited into the account.

Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. Self-Exclusion

General Provisions
Limitation of Liability

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
