📄 1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and casion ("casion", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the casion platform at casion.im, including all associated services, games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, account management functions, and customer support channels.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing any game, or otherwise accessing any feature of the casion platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you access the casion platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have their authority to bind them to these Terms.

🔞 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the casion platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Persons under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or playing at casion under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual for personal recreational purposes, not on behalf of a business or for any commercial purpose.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and are not subject to any self-exclusion order imposed by casion or any other gaming platform to which you are bound.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, director, or officer of casion, nor an immediate family member or household member of such a person, unless express written permission has been granted by casion management.
• You have the legal right and capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Age Verification

casion is committed to preventing underage gambling. As part of the account verification process, casion may request identity documents to confirm your date of birth before processing your first withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Until identity verification is completed, withdrawal requests may be held pending document review.

If casion has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended and all gameplay activity during the relevant period will be voided. One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active casion account. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to the same individual will be closed, outstanding bonus balances will be forfeited, and any winnings generated using bonus funds across duplicate accounts may be voided.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your casion account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. casion strongly recommends using a unique, complex password that is not reused on any other platform. You must notify casion immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any compromise of your login credentials.

casion will never ask you for your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from casion that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately. casion accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Account Information Accuracy

You must ensure that all information held on your casion account is accurate and up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point — including during identity verification — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, withdrawal restriction, and forfeiture of balance. 💰 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

casion accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). casion does not charge platform-side transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash or your card issuer) may apply their own standard fees, for which casion accepts no responsibility.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your casion balance within 60 seconds under normal conditions.

🔒 8. Account Closure & Suspension

Closure by the Player

Pending withdrawal requests will be processed to completion before the account is closed. Unused bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

Suspension or Closure by casion

casion reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period of request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of prohibited software.

• Compliance with a legal order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. Prior to classifying an account as dormant, casion will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder at the registered email address or mobile number. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 (or the full remaining balance if lower) may be applied to dormant accounts to cover maintenance costs. Self-Exclusion

Intellectual Property

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any casion content without express written authorisation.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
